Frequently asked Questions
Total Delivery Timeline: Total time consists of handling time plus transit time.
Order Dispatch (Handling): Most orders are prepared and dispatched within 1 to 3 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding Irish public holidays).
Shipping (Transit): Once dispatched from our shop, estimated transit time is 1 to 5 working days for both Ireland deliveries.
14-Day Cooling-Off Period: If you are a consumer buying online, you have the right to cancel your order and return your item within 14 calendar days of receiving it, no reason required.
Item Condition: Items must be completely unused, unfitted, undamaged, and returned in their original manufacturing packaging.
Return Costs: Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are covered by the customer. If an item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover all return shipping costs.

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. Address changes can only be made before the order has been dispatched.
Once the order has been shipped, we are unable to modify the shipping address.

Before Dispatch: We can easily update your delivery address as long as your order has not yet left our facility.
After Dispatch: Once an order has been handed over to the courier and dispatched, we are completely unable to modify the shipping address or reroute the package.
We currently sell and ship Kress Robotic Mowers and accessories exclusively to addresses within the Republic of Ireland. We do not ship to other international destinations at this time.
In most cases, yes we try to ship your entire order together.
However, if your order contains multiple large items, heavy components, or products stored in different warehouse zones, we may choose to split your order across multiple packages.
You will never be charged extra shipping fees if we choose to split your delivery.
