We aim to provide clear and accurate information about delivery areas, shipping charges, order handling times, transit times and delivery restrictions before you complete your purchase.

The exact delivery charge for your order will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

1. Delivery Area

We deliver to addresses within the Republic of Ireland.

Delivery outside the Republic of Ireland is not available through our standard online checkout unless expressly agreed by us in writing before the order is accepted.

Some products may have delivery restrictions due to size, weight, value, battery content, courier limitations, installation requirements, remote-location access or product-specific handling requirements.

Where we are unable to deliver a product to your address, we will inform you before processing the order or as soon as reasonably possible after receiving your order.


2. Order Cut-Off, Handling Time and Transit Time

Our delivery timeline is divided into handling time and courier transit time.

Orders placed after 2:00 pm, during weekends or on Irish public holidays will usually begin processing on the next business day.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless we have expressly agreed to a guaranteed delivery service in writing.


3. Shipping Rates and Charges

Our standard shipping charges are shown below.

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

There are no hidden handling fees for standard shipping.

Additional delivery charges may apply to large, heavy, bulky, palletised, high-value, restricted, special-order, remote-location or installation-related items. Where an additional charge applies, it will be shown at checkout or confirmed with you before the order is processed.

If you do not agree to an additional delivery charge, you may cancel the affected item or order and receive a full refund for any cancelled item not supplied.


4. Large, Heavy and Palletised Deliveries

Some robotic mowers, commercial products, batteries, docking stations, accessories or bulk orders may require specialist courier handling or palletised freight.

For large, heavy or palletised deliveries:

  • Delivery may be curbside only or to the nearest safe and accessible delivery point.
  • You must ensure there is clear and safe access for the delivery vehicle.
  • An adult aged 18 or over may be required to receive and sign for the delivery.
  • Delivery drivers may be unable to carry goods into houses, gardens, sheds, workshops or restricted-access areas.
  • Delivery may require scheduling in advance.

If specialist freight is required, we will make the delivery method and any additional cost clear before the order is processed.


5. Orders Including Installation Services

Where your order includes installation, setup, commissioning, site assessment or other technical services, delivery of the physical goods and completion of the service may take place at different times.

Installation-related services are subject to:

  • Site suitability
  • Safe access
  • Ground conditions
  • Weather conditions
  • Power availability
  • Signal coverage
  • Technician availability
  • Scheduling confirmation

If a technician attends an agreed appointment and the site is inaccessible, unsafe, unsuitable or materially different from the information provided to us, the installation may need to be rescheduled. Additional call-out, delivery or rescheduling charges may apply where the issue is outside our control. We will explain any applicable charge before carrying out further chargeable work.


6. Order Tracking

Where courier tracking is available, we will send a shipping confirmation email with tracking details after your order has been dispatched or scanned into the courier network.

Courier tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after dispatch.

7. Customer Delivery Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery details at checkout, including:

  • Full name
  • Delivery address
  • Eircode
  • Phone number
  • Email address
  • Any access instructions reasonably required for delivery

We are not responsible for delivery failures, delays, lost parcels or returned shipments caused by incorrect, incomplete or misleading address information provided at checkout.

If you notice an error in your delivery details, contact us immediately. Once an order has been dispatched, we may be unable to change the delivery address.

If a delivery attempt fails due to customer absence, incorrect address details, access restrictions or failure to collect from a depot or pickup point, redelivery charges may apply.


8. Missed Deliveries and Returned Parcels

If a courier is unable to complete delivery, they may attempt redelivery, leave instructions, contact you directly or make the parcel available for collection from a depot or pickup point.

You are responsible for following the courier’s instructions and arranging redelivery or collection where required.

If an order is returned to us because it was not collected, the address was incorrect, access was unavailable or delivery was refused without valid reason, we may contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional delivery charges may apply.

If you choose to cancel the order after it is returned to us, we will process the cancellation in accordance with our Refunds and Returns Policy and applicable consumer law.


9. Damaged, Missing or Incorrect Shipments

Please inspect your delivery as soon as reasonably possible after receipt.

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, incorrect or with visible signs of transit damage, please contact us as soon as possible.

Where possible, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Photographs of the damaged packaging
  • Photographs of the damaged or incorrect item
  • Photographs of any courier labels
  • Details of any missing items

We ask that visible delivery damage or missing items are reported within 48 hours where possible, as this helps us investigate the issue with the courier. This 48-hour request does not remove or limit your statutory consumer rights.

Please retain the original packaging, protective inserts, labels, paperwork and goods until the issue has been reviewed.

Where goods are verified as damaged in transit, incorrect, incomplete or otherwise not in conformity with the contract, we will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with your consumer rights.


10. Delayed Shipments and Non-Delivery

We will take reasonable steps to dispatch orders within the estimated timeframe shown in this policy, subject to stock availability, payment approval, courier availability and operational conditions.

Delivery may be delayed by courier disruption, weather, public holidays, supplier delays, incorrect address details, access restrictions, technical issues or events outside our reasonable control.

If we become aware of a significant delay, we will contact you using the details provided with your order.

Unless a different delivery timeframe has been agreed with you, if your order has not been delivered within 30 days of the order being accepted, you may cancel the order and receive a refund for the undelivered goods.

If a courier formally confirms that your order has been lost in transit, we will offer either a replacement, where available, or a refund.


11. Pre-Orders, Back-Orders and Special-Order Items

Some products may be sold as pre-order, back-order, supplier-order or special-order items.

Where we know that a product is not immediately available for dispatch, we will aim to make this clear on the product page, at checkout or by contacting you after the order is placed.

Estimated availability dates are provided in good faith but may change due to supplier delays, manufacturer availability, transport disruption or other circumstances outside our control.

If a product becomes unavailable or is materially delayed, we will contact you to offer an updated delivery estimate, an alternative product or cancellation with a refund for the affected item.


12. Lithium Batteries and Restricted Goods

Some products, including robotic mower batteries and related electronic components, may be subject to courier or transport restrictions.

Where special handling, courier limitations or restricted-goods procedures apply, this may affect dispatch method, delivery time or available delivery options.

We will make any material delivery limitation clear before processing the order where applicable.


13. Collection or Click and Collect

Where collection is available, we will confirm collection details, opening hours and product availability by email or phone.

Goods should not be collected until we have confirmed that the order is ready.

You may be asked to provide proof of purchase, order confirmation and identification before goods are released.
