¹ Reservation deposit terms
The reservation is fully refundable until Kress notifies the customer, through its certified dealer, that the remaining balance is due. Upon such notice, the customer may either cancel the reservation and receive a full refund of the deposit, or confirm the order by proceeding with payment of the remaining balance through the certified dealer. Once the order is confirmed, the reservation deposit becomes non-refundable.If Kress is unable to fulfill the order, the reservation deposit will be refunded in full at any time.
